Description

1. Arrange cargo hold. After the freighter forwarder receiving the consignment bill and related documents, they will contact with the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China to follow the stowage principles, the nature of the goods, the freight quantity, destination etc, combine with the flights to arrange shipping space, and then issue the Air Waybill by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China.

2. Loading. The freight forwarder on behalf of the foreign trade companies or industry-trade enterprises to deliver the goods to airport warehouse, and following to the goods shipping order to send the goods to designated space.
3. Send loading notification. After the goods loading finished, the freight forwarder can send the shipment notification to the goods buyer for them to prepare payments, redeem waybill and arrange receiving goods.
4. Handle consignment. After the foreign trade companies and industry-trade enterprises get the goods ready and confirm the letter of credit information is correct (or modified), then they can handle the air cargo consignment, means they follow the letter of credit and contract related to the shipment terms, as well as the goods name, quantity, shipment date, destination etc to fill out the & quot;consignment bill& quot; and provide the relevant documents, for the freight forwarder to booking a flight as a basis.
5. Issue air waybill. After the goods loading finished, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China issues the master air waybill, the freight forwarder issues house air waybill. House air waybill has three originals and twelve copies. One of the original is delivered to the consignor, the second one is retained by the freight forwarder, and the last one is accompanied with the goods to the consignee. The 12 copies are used for customs declaration, financial settlement, foreign agents, transit and distribution purposes.
