Description
The principal shall pay for the goods delivery cost, custodian, insurance, customs, visas, handling documents, as well as all costs provided services by the freight forwarder agent; and pay for the costs that cannot be controlled by the agent and other costs. For above cost the principal should all be paid in order to achieve the right to pick up the goods, otherwise, the freight forwarder agent has the goods lien right and the right to sell the goods with appropriate method in order to compensate for the cost of receivables.
