Description

1. Preparation shipping schedule. Freight forwarder prepare shipping schedule every month and distribute to foreign trade companies and industry-trade enterprises, make a list of routing, vessel name and its nationality, arrival date, closing documents date, estimate shipment date and destination port name. The foreign trade companies and industry-trade enterprises prepare the goods according to this schedule.

2. Shipping consignment. The foreign trade company can request shipping consignment after they confirm the letter of credit is correct (or modified to correct). Filling out the & quot;Consignment Bill& quot; according to the letter of credit or contract relate to the shipment terms, and provides a full set of documents, sending them to freight forwarder before the deadline of closing date, as the basis of shipment booking.
3. Get the bill of lading. After the goods loading finished, the ship master or chief mate issue receipt, which provides the details of the received goods. The shipper exchanges for the bill of lading with the above receipt to the shipping company.

4. Shipment notification. After goods shipment, the shipper can inform the foreign buyer about the shipment notification for them to prepare payment, redeem, handle goods pick up. If the contract is based on C&F or FOB, send out the shipment notification timely is particularly important due to insurance cost is at the shipper.
3. Receive shipment certificate. After the freight forwarder receive documents, they will prepare exports consignment bill, and contact with relevant shipping company to booking vessels and space; then the shipping company issues a loading bill as the certificate to inform the ship company to receive goods.

4. Loading and shipment. According to schedule, the freight forwarder on behalf of the foreign trade company to pick up the goods from warehouses and deliver to the pier.
