PTFE Powder is a kind of free-flowing white powder with low molecular number. The molecular has stable structure, good chemical resistance, high electrical resistivity and fire resistance as well as great self-lubricating property, heat endurance, weather ability, aging resistance, UV-resistance, scratch-resistant. Additionally, it feels good, has high glossiness and great resistance to high temperature (the long-term applied temperature is above 260℃) and has a wide range of applied temperature (-200- +300℃). Besides, it is non-adhesive and has great recoating ability. Purity of PTFE Powder reaches 99.99%, the molecular number of the powder is between 10,000 and 30,000, and the particle diameter is from 0.5-10μm. After changing its characters, PTFE not only keeps all excellent natures of original PTFE products, but has many special natures, for example, it has no self-coherence and no electrostatic effect, it has good intermiscibility and dispersity with low molecular number, and it has high self-lubricating property and low friction coefficient.
