Applications
Adding 5-20% of PTFE powder, in plastic, rubber, can improve the wear resistance, non adhesion, corrosion resistance of the substrate, and reduce the coefficient of friction, easy to process and use.
Adding 0.25-10% PTFE powder in coating, printing ink, grease, lubricating oil, can significantly reduce the friction coefficient of the material, and improve the service life of the material.
Mixing PTFE powder HGUF-160 and organic solvent, can be used for sol spray, which is a kind of ideal electrostatic spraying material.
In addition, PTFE powder can also be used as a solid lubricant and mold release agent. In the chemical, mechanical, petroleum, medicine, electronics, optics, military and other fields, the applications is very wide, is a very good material.

Attentions
Particle size of PTFE powder is small, larger than the surface area, easy to absorb moisture, before using should avoid being pressed and damped.
PTFE powder must be processed below 300℃ in order to avoid decomposition. This product is not used alone as a molding material.
This product adopts a double-layer polyethylene plastic sealed packaging, and then put into hard drums. Net weight is 25kg/barrel.
