Description
The machine body applied resin bonded iron casting with WEDM-LS.T-profile base structure.
PMI linear slides used on Axes-X/Y/Z and C3-grade precise ball screw,connected with YASKAWA AC servo driven motors,with FAGOR 1 um grade linear scales to realize the Close Loop Control which improves the positioning accuracy and mechanical following performance.
The new designed electric cabinet conforms EU criteria,ISO homenergic electrical discharging monitor system,real-time monitoring each discharge magnitude,makes the discharging high efficient.
The Control Circuit includes,Short-circuit Protection,Superfine Finishing Circuit,High-voltage Circuit,Low Wear Circuit,Big Area Finishing Circuit,Thick plate machining circuit,Fine discharging circuit,High-low gap separate circuit,Aluminum cutting separation circuit,MOSFET high energy discharge loop.
New-developed dual oscillation discharge loop,it is a effectively solution to improve the machining efficiency and decrease the electrode loss.
Multiple tasks control,one WinCut system could control 1-8 machines executing different machining tasks with one computer at the same time.
Code Compatible. WinCut could read the 3B / G-code generated by the others wire EDM systems like CAXA, AUTOP,KS and Ycut2006 etc.
Taper Cutting. WinCut could realize upper & lower end with different profile and ultra taper machining, real-time offset to the shifting of pulley guide cutting point,variable angle taper cutting.
