Description
Rigid resin bonded iron casting results in minimizing the effects of thermal heat generated.The box structure together with rugged base design is the basic requirements of the accurate machining,which is also the essential fact to last the mechanical accuracy as long enough.
The wire running frame applied with two conventional symmetric box beam structrure,to ensure the constant tension of wire runing.The wire holder is made of light alloy steel,durable and stainless.
In contrast with high speed wire EDM& acute;s machine unit,we use the Hybrid Stepping motors instead of Variable Reluctance motors as the driven motors of the worktables, take brand linear guide ways instead of roller guide ways,and the precise ballscrew coupled with driven motors directly.
The programming and control system is the latest version of WinCut,a well-known system is characterised of powerful functions and simple operation,especially the multiple cutting function and based on Windows 2000/2003/XP operation system which compatible with multi-tasks.
The flexible structure and intelligent system make the big taper cutting,large area and ultra thickness workpiece machining applicable.
