? Composition and Application

The X-ray generator is of the module type. The X-ray tube, HV transformer and insulated gas (SF6) are encapsulated in an aluminum shell of sylindrical shape. The fan and heat radiator are mounted on one end of the X-ray generator. When the warning lamp lighting on, it means the X-ray NDT equipment is under the stand-by condition and X-ray will be produced (The warning lamp keeps lighting on in the whole course of producing the X-ray). The schematic drawing of the controller refers to the Drawings. The X-ray generator mainly includes the parts as below A. X-ray tube; B. HV transformer; C. Temperature relay; D. Pressure meter for gas; E. Socket for connecting cable; F. Warning lamp; G. Cooling fan for the X-ray tube; H. Charge and discharge valves for gas. X Ray flaw detector plays important parts in carrying on nondestructive examination for nonmetallic, light metal, casting, various alloys and pressure vessels etc, mainly detecting weld defects ,such as crack, blowhole, entrapped slag, incomplete fusion ,blowhole,bubble etc ,also using for shipbuilding ,airplane and national defense etc industry fiel. Matters needing attention

(1) ?When not in use, the equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, the temperature is suitable for a long time did not use the equipment, when enabled to see if wet and other phenomena, if there is to be treated before use. (2) ?The temperature of the container X ray generator, with the use of time may be rising, handling equipment on cameras, please wear gloves handling, and must be handled with care. (3) ?In handling X mobile X-ray machine, if severe vibration or shock, can make X ray tube fragmentation or filament deformation or high voltage coil move, resulting in equipment is not working properly or damaged.
