GK-4A retarding efficient superplasticizer
GK-4A retarding efficient superplasticizer is a kind of no-chlorine low alkali composite mainly compounded of ammonia series water-reducing dosenaphthalene family efficient superplasticizer as the main ingredient and composite of retarder, plastic retaining and a variety of surface active substance. Have high water-reducing ratio, good plasticizing performance, long workability advantages. Suitable for large volume concrete, roller compacted concrete and high temperature construction engineering that have special requirements to concrete.

A. Technical performance
1. Powder dosage 0.7~1.5%, liquid dosage 2~3%, the water-reducing ratio ≥12%
2. Mixed in retarding efficient superplasticizer, concrete at 30℃, can delay setting time8~10 hours
3. Mixed in retarding efficient superplasticizer, concrete enhanced obviously: 7d≥130%, 28d≥120%
4. Add this product can delay the hydration hardening speed of the cement, reduce the hydration heat, and temperature stress, effectively avoid the cracks of concrete
5. Add this product can improve concrete workability, enhance concrete impermeability and frost resistance performance
6. This product without chlorine, low alkali, good adaptability to various kinds of cement
B. Application tips
1. Powder and cement mixed in the mixer at the same time and extent the mixing time 30~60s
2. For anhydrite or industrial waste as coagulant cement, should tested for adaptability, qualified before using
3. Accurately measured when using, strictly control the admixture addition amount
C.packaging and storage
1. This product is packaged with plastic woven bags ,every bag 25kg
2. Storage in cool and dry warehouse, prevent to be damped
3. This product has two years validity, if beyond the validity period passed concrete test is still can still use
