GK-3000 polycarboxylate efficient superplasticizer
This product is a kind of carboxylic acid polyether concrete. Mortar used efficient superplasticizer.
According to the principle of molecular design, grafting a variety of polymer reactive group formation at the appropriate place of the main chain, make it strong performance in the cement spatial dispersion, have better water-reducing ratio and keep performance in long slump.
Product Description
A. The main physical and chemical indicators
1. Appearance: Colorless or light yellow liquid, solid content:20~25%
2. The main chemical indicators: The chloride ion content<0.1%, alkali content<2%, PH value 5~7
B. Using performance
1. Dosage content in 0.6~0.8%, the water-reducing ratio≥25%
2. Admixture maximum water-reducing ratio in 40%, due to the strong dispersion effect, especially suitable for high performance concrete, to configuration high performance concrete, with good workability
3. Without chlorine, low alkali, no corrosion harm of reinforced
4. Do not contain harmful ingredients, no pollution to the environment
5. Small slump loss, applicable to the premixed concrete and long distance transportation needs
C. Application
Suitable for all kinds of civil building. Water conservancy. Port. High speed railway. Highway and other projects of premixed concrete. Especially suitable for the precast concrete and high performance concrete.
D. Use method
Added to the water diluted or mixed with water in the mixer, to achieve good plasticizing effect, the stirring time can extent 30~60s
E. Attention
1. Please don’t mixed with naphthalene admixture
2. When mixed with other admixture, please confirm its performance according to the test
3. Seal save, avoid impurties.
