We ship over 500 tons worth of automobile and marine components, electrical fittings, commercial refrigeration parts and more monthly to clients worldwide. We can produce this large volume thanks to a number of factors. For example, we have over 600 workers and 100 production lines in our own factory. And, we maintain a network of 25 satellite factories. So you can rest assured Pan-U can complete your high-quantity orders.
Production and QC
At Pan-U, our production process begins with conceptualization on AutoCAD software. This assures precision from the start. Then, on CNC machines, we manufacture our hardware items from high-quality aluminum, brass, plastic, stainless steel, wood, zinc and other materials. Our 30 QC technicians analyze all of these materials before production to guarantee superior performance. They also carry out a variety of tests during production and before shipment to assure high product acceptance rates.
