PTFE bearing pad

PTFE bearing pad is widely used for sliding bearing, expansion accommodation, and displacement capacity improvement with excellent shear deformation.
PTFE bearing pad is the dimpled PTFE sheet bonded to the laminated bearing pad for structure friction coefficient reduction and displacement capacity improvement. It provides a sliding surface for expansion accommodation, the elasticity of the bearing pad is high enough to suit the rotation of beam end, and also the shear deformation is efficient to cope with the horizontal of the superstructure. Here are round and rectangular two main shapes of PTFE bearing pad introduced to you.Feature
Excellent buffering and shock isolation with the dimpled PTFE surface.
PTFE sliding surface with lubricants to reduce the friction coefficient.
High load capacity with low contributing friction.
Elastic enough to sustain vertical load and suit to rotations of beam ends.
Available in various shapes like round and rectangular.
Great shearing deformation to accommodate horizontal displacement of structure.
