It is an newly developed model for making the coreless paper roll,such as food baking paper,food wax paper,silicon paper,wax paper,food wrap paper,gift wrap paper rewinding etc.
This machine is with 6 shaft automatic shifting for rapid production,The rewindig starts by vacuum sucking of the paper,when reach the length setting,by release the roll from the glossy shaft,the paper roll product is becoming tube-less paper roll.
The automatic tensioner is able to make the equal tension from the unwind to rewind.By the magnetic powder break system,the length control is at very accurate.
The machine can optional add on an convey system if buyer request.
