Description

2. Low resistance. The glass kiln waste heat boiler body adopts equal velocity and low velocity design, the body resistance at design time is less than 900Pa, which in favor of reducing system power consumption.
3. The furnace with an inverted U shaped layout overcomes the traditional waste heat boilers’ shortcomings in structure and operation. Long service life, easy maintenance, low cost, can be adapt to float glass production line using heavy oil or natural gas as fuel.
4. Small “r” bending radius in heat surface arrangement, making the boiler whole structure more compact, exterior trim.
5. Excellent sealing performance. The furnace wall uses light guard plate whole welded structure, connection using flexible sealing between the guard plate and steel frame, to ensure no sealing off because of heat expansion when the waste heat boiler is running.
6. The furnace of large diameter centralized downcomers to ensure safe and reliable water circulation, effectively reduce the flow resistance.
