Description
1. Carbon rotary kiln waste heat boiler adopts vertical arrangement, components structure is compact. Compared with traditional carbon furnace waste heat boiler, it takes up less area, saves civil construction investment; novel structure, good performance.
2. It adopts steel tube economizer, which has strong mechanical strength, anti-shock, strong load adaptability, system layout and operation is easy.
3. The waste heat boiler uses membrane water wall structure, with high heat transfer efficiency and good sealing, overcoming the problems in large air leakage, high heat losses, high system consumption, etc.
4. It uses inertial separation principle to realize two-level gas-solid separation in the furnace, solving the low dedusting efficiency, and heavy environment pollution.
5. Equipped with patent technology automatic sound wave soot blower, effectively reduces the boiler heat surface pollution caused by soot, extends boiler’s service life, and ensures the carbon kiln waste heat boiler efficiency.
6. It adopts two-phase airlock feeder in the downside of boiler precipitation bin, which realizes flue gas sealing and automatic de-dusting, to solve low manual cleaning efficiency but high labor intensity.
