Introduction
According to customers& acute; requirements, copper or aluminum conductor is evenly wrapped with one or two layers of non-alkali fiberglass. Then it is impregnated in compatible insulating coatings of required thermal class, baked to make a whole between fiberglass and conductor. There are three thermal classes of 130,155,180, four insulation thickness classes of 20,30,40,50. The product is widely applied in transformers,electromagnets,welding machines or similar electrical instruments. The electrical bare copper or aluminum wire with extrusion process is the ideal material for fiberglass wrapped copper or aluminum wire.

Aluminum rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.3-2009,the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.0280Ωmm2/m
Copper rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.2-2009,the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.017241Ωmm2/m
Conductor should be wrapped closely and evenly with fiberglass. The winding of two-layer fiberglass should be wrapped in counter direction. Meanwhile, thickness of double fiberglass wrapped copper or aluminum wire should conform to the table as follows. Thickness of narrow side(B-b) is not considered.
