Our company products are medium frequency welding machine, their welding frequency are 1KHz, compared with the working frequency of 50KHz, they have such advantages of extensive current output ,accurate dynamic and static adjusting ,electrode heat and mechanical pressure reducing. The electrode wear and tear can be 50 percent less. The details with following
1. High efficiency &energy save .Its rectifier is manufactured in Germany and can directly transmit direct current therefore , the return circuit of welding has no resistance. For this reason, the welding current has been increased , the welding time can be shorted ,the power can be saved in consequence.
2. the closed loop control is applied by computer during welding .therefore welding current can be stable even when there are power supply voltage waves and welding load changes. For this reason , the welding quality can be guaranteed.
3. Triple pulse welding can be applied .the second pulse welding can be set 1 to 9 seconds and applicable in thick steel plates
4. Ultra protective function in all the circumstance such as no water or less water pressure ,transformer & control closed ,temperature rising, excessive current & load
5. Only our equipments is capable of welding the stainless material (ss 304) (ss 316), This is our machine specific character. The technology fill the gap of domestic market.
