Description
Amikacin is aminoglycosides, and its treatment was applied to wide range of animal diseases. Due to its
neurotoxicity and nephrotoxicity, European, China and many countries limited the use. Amikacin ELISA

This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction between specific
antigen and antibody. Amikacin specific antigen coated on microtiter plates competes binding sites of
enzyme-labeled Amikacin specific antibody with added calibrator (or sample). With TMB chromogenic
substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated with residues of Amikacin. Under the
calibration curve, Amikacin content of the sample can be quantified multiplied by the corresponding
compare dilution.
