Description
Tilmicosin is a macrolide antibiotic drug, mainly for anti-animal and bacterial infection. Many
countries make its MRLs in food for safety control. Tilmicosin ELISA kits utilizing the latest
biotechnology development has easy, rapid, and sensitive advantages.
This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction
between specific antigen and antibody. Tilmicosin specific antigen coated on microtiter plates
competes binding sites of enzyme-labeled Tilmicosin specific antibody with added calibrator
(or sample). With TMB chromogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated
with residues of Tilmicosin. Under the calibration curve, Tilmicosin content of the sample can
be quantified multiplied by the corresponding compare dilution.
