competes binding sites of enzyme-labeled Olaquindox metabolite specific antibody with added
calibrator (or sample). With TMB chromogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively
correlated with residues of Olaquindox metabolite.Under the calibration curve, Olaquindox
metabolite content of the sample can be quantified multiplied by the corresponding compare dilution.
