Dimetridazole ELISA Diagnostic Kit
Dimetridazole belong nitroimidazole, antibacterial agents, for the treatment and prevention of

trichomoniasis, amoeba and anaerobic infections. Because this class of drugs are carcinogenic,

many countries prohibit it for breeding livestock, poultry and aquatic products for animal growth

promoters. Dimetridazole ELISA kits utilizing the latest biotechnology development has easy, rapid,

This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction between

specific antigen and antibody. Dimetridazole specific antigen coated on microtiter plates competes

binding sites of enzyme-labeled Dimetridazole specific antibody with added calibrator (or sample).

With TMB chromogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated with residues

of Dimetridazole. Under the calibration curve, Dimetridazole content of the sample can be quantified

multiplied by the corresponding compare dilution.
