# # The MDF used in the frame barely contains the formaldehyde, which solubility is less than 1.5mg/L which is for E1 standard. And we also can use the better MDF such E1 or Carb2 standard if you need.
# The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe
# The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 2 mm to minus 2 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
# The step we make in the mass production is to make the frame moulding. So our production cost is lower than the suppliers who purchase the frame moudling.
# Mail order packing or drop test packing is workable for us because we have some customers who specialize in online business. So we have much experience in this kind packing.
# The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
# Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible.
# The packing for each item can be varied such as shrink wrap, bubble bag, PEP bag, white box with labels, printed colorful box and so son.
# The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container,

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry

2. How long can you get the samples after you place a sample order with us
?
Normally, the samples can be finished within 3 to 5 working days after your samples order is confirmed with us. If the samples delivery time is longer than that, we will inform you in advance.

3. What can we do for you after the goods is finished and shipped out to you.

Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.

4. How about the QC system in our factory

We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
