PTFE powder-A02 is ultra-fine polytetrafluoroethylene powder developed by our factory, average particle size is about 3 micrometer, which is suitable for customers having stringent fineness requirements. Moreover, PTFE-A02 has light molecular number (molecular number<10,000). Besides excellent performance of polytetrafluoroethylene, it has unique properties, including, no self-coagulation, no electrostatic effect, good intermiscibility, low molecular weight, good dispersion, high self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, etc.
PTFE powder-A02 can be used alone as solid lubricant, or as additive for plastic, rubber, coating, printing ink, lubricating oil, lubricating grease, etc. And when it is mixed in plastic or rubber, it is available to use a variety of typical powder processing methods, such as blending, the adding amount is 5% ~ 20%, adding PTFE powder in the oil and grease can reduce the friction coefficient, with only a few percent, improve the lifetime of lubricating oil. The organic solvent dispersion can also be used as a mold release agent.
Adding PTFE powder-A02 in the coating can get many kinds of special high performance coatings to meet the coatings industrial needs of the industrial development and the add content of the powder is up to about 60%.
Adding PTFE powder-A02 in the lubricating oil and grease can improve the material& acute;s high pressure, high temperature lubrication. Even the loss of base oil, PTFE powder can also play a role as dry lubricant. Silicone oil, mineral oil or paraffin oil, added by PTFE powder can improve the oil viscosity. The viscosity of base oils and lubricants required for the consistency and applications depend on the dosage of PTFE powder.
