PTFE powder-B01 is mainly used in coating, lubricating oil, engineering plastic, plastic modification, cosmetics, rubber, medical apparatus and instruments, and other fields.
The molecular number of PTFE powder-B01 is only 1% of the general PTFE which not only maintained the excellent performance of the original, but also has high crystallinity dispersion, and easy to uniformly mixed with other materials. It is widely used in the synthesis material modification, and can significantly improve the lubricity, wear resistance, non-adhesive and fire retardant of the substrate. It also can be used as lubricants, printing inks, coatings and other additives.
PTFE powder can improve the surface properties and bulk properties of rubber. For example, adding 10% (by mass) of PTFE powder silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, EPDM rubber and polychloroprene can improve the friction properties, wear properties and stripping behavior, crushing strength of rubber (rubber elastic behavior without apparent damage), which can reduce tearing rate when the rubber in the ejection process.
In the area of printing ink, PTFE powder is added into offset printing, gravure printing and flexible printing ink as additive. General dosage is 0.1% -3% of the solids, which can significantly improve ink sliding, surface smoothness, gloss, and make printing product rubbing.
