PTFE powder-A02 is a kind of ultra fine Polytetrafluoroethylene powder researched and developed by our factory, the average molecular particle size is only 3 micron, it is easy to add it. It is suitable to the customer who has high requirements of product fineness. And molecular number of PTFE-A02 is super light, the molecular number is below 10000. PTFE powder not only keeps all excellent natures of original PTFE products, but has many special natures, for example, it has no self-coherence and no electrostatic effect, it has good intermiscibility and dispersity with low molecular number, and it has high self-lubricating property and low friction coefficient and so on.
PTFE powder-A02 is can be used as a solid lubricant, also can be used as additives of plastic, rubber, paint, printing ink, lubricating oil, grease and so on.
When it is mixed with plastic or rubber which is available all kinds of typical powder processing methods, such as blending etc. the content of PTFE powder is 5 ~ 20%, PTFE powder is added in the oil and grease, which can reduce the friction coefficient, just add it a few percent, it can improve the life of the lubricating oil. The organic solvent dispersion can also be as stripping agent.
Adding PTFE powder in the coating can get many kinds of special high performance coatings to meet the coatings industrial needs of the industrial development (the add content of the powder can reach up to 60%).
Adding PTFE powder in the lubricating oil and grease can improve the material& acute;s high pressure, high temperature lubrication.
