The molecular number of PTFE powder is only 1% of the general PTFE which not only maintains the excellent performance of the original, but also has high crystallinity dispersion, and easy to be uniformly mixed with other materials. It is widely used in the synthesis material modification, and can significantly improve the lubricity, wear resistance, non-adhesive and fire retardant of the substrate. It also can be used as additives of lubricant, printing ink, coating and so on.
In the area of Synthetic material, PTFE powder can be used as modifier for the composite material. It is reported that in the world market almost all the engineering plastics with improved lubrication properties are mixed with PTFE powder.
