100 Ton Overhead Gantry Crane is double girder gantry crane, suitable for open freight yards and along railway operations, because its large leg space, it is suitable for lifting large volumes of goods, and also can lift containers, its gantry frame is similar with container crane.

100 Ton Overhead Gantry Crane Design consists of gantry frame, trolley and crane long traveling mechanism, electrical system and other components. There also equipped with rail clamp, anchoring device, anemometer and corrective devices, etc. for outdoor work gantry crane.

100 Ton Overhead Gantry Crane Design uses double beam and double track, single trolley winch structure. Crane winch trolley part include main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism, each mechanism using separate transmission set. Main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism not only can independently complete lifting, but also can be coordinated to complete the work of flipping objects.

Gantry frame structure same with A frame gantry crane, main girder, end girder, legs, saddles and lower cross beams are connected together by high strength bolts, using reaming bolts positioned on each flange plate, positioning marks have been completed before delivery. Its structure is similar with container gantry crane, which is more stable and firm.

To facilitate transport, handling and installation lifting on site, set with lugs and hanging holes on the crane main components for lifting. The intensity and location of these lugs and hanging holes are fully considering lifting safety and convenience.More.......
