Hot dipped galvanized wire is also called hot dip galvanized iron wire, hot dipped galvanized steel wire and hot dipped galvanized wire. It& acute;s one of our most important wire products.
Specifications:
a. Diameter: 0.1mm ~ 6.0mm, all available.
b. Zinc coating weight: 100 ~ 500 grams/m2.
c. Tensile strength: Low carbon wire: 290 ~ 1200 MPA. High carbon wire: 1000 ~ 1870 MPA.
d. The specifications are in conformity with customers& acute; requirements or relevant standards.

Materials and Processing:
We use quality low carbon steel wire and iron wire in producing of hot-dip galvanized wire, going through wire drawing--Annealing -- Rust Removing -- Acid Washing -- Zinc Plating -- Wire Coiling.

Forms of Supply:

Compared with electro galvanized iron wire, hot dipped galvanized wire offers better corrosion resistance and flexibility. Therefore it& acute;s widely used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses. For example it& acute;s used as trying wire in agriculture for vines and orchards and used as weaving wire in the fencing industry. Also it is the good material for making galvanized barbed wire, heavy galvanized chain link fence, gabions basket and welded mesh.

b. Packing: plastic inside and hessian woven outside, plastic inside and nylon woven outside.
