Using Nano titanium dioxide (VK-T25F) instead of PVA in the yarn can play a role of posting along hairiness, filling the gap, reducing the warp breakage and lubrication.

Product application:
The procedures of nano-titanium dioxide (VK-T25F) used in textile sizing:
1, Mixing process should maintain the original viscosity.
2, The sizing machine parameters remain stable.
3, The using amount of titanium dioxide powder: 0.5-2% by weight of starch,then gain 20% dispersion solution (A).
4, Using the same amount of starch instead of PVA, other groups were unchanged in the Cotton sizing process
5, Adding the amount of water into the mixing barrel of slurry, then shake the liquid slurry (A) of titanium dioxide additives.
