Description

EAF is mainly used for smelting high-quality carbon steel and other alloy steel. According to different power,is divided into ordinary power, high-power and ultra-high-power electric arc furnace. 10t capacity EAF and above are all equipped with the hydraulic drive and hydraulic lifting system is imported electrode proportional valve control.
Electric arc furnace have the main technical advantages:
1. Use of advanced imported hydraulic proportional valve lift control system of electrodes, electrode breakage rate is low.
2. In a large furnace shell with water-cooled furnace shell and the split design ensures optimum refractory performance.
3. The use of advanced triangle short network layout, so that stable operation of electric arc furnace and the electrical conductivity of three-phase unbalanced system impedance is less than 5%.
4. Electrodes using atomizing spray device, to reduce electrode consumption.
5. EAF all-hydraulic drive, stable operation is safe and easy to operate.
6. With equipment move-point video surveillance systems, equipment movement is safe and easy operation to run.
7. Conductive electrode arm is made of copper clad steel plate, reactance can therefore be reduced.
