Royal display is ISO 9001 certification company. In the past 8 years, the revenue were keeping 100% increasing, it the fastest growth in Led display industry. We have good reputation in China. All this achievement is based on the products quality. Our production process covered SMT, module assemble and full screen assemble, total have 23 processes, 10 quality control key point during the processes, including IC SMT, lamp SMT, Reflow soldering, Conformal coating, module frame fitting, sealant printing, module final testing, module aging, full screen assemble and aging. The quality is assured through these process control.

Royal Display have 9 experience in LED Display industry, by now, we owned 12 lines SMT lines, all machines were updated in March 2017. We also have 5 LED module assemble auto lines, one full LED display assemble line and 2000 square meters aging area.

All main processes of LED display manufacture were controlled by ourselves. After the order confirmed, we can control the production schedule accurate. There would be no delay with our promised lead-time. Customer will not lost any time due to the lead time.

Generally, our modules lead-time is 7-12 days, full screen is 10-15 days.

Royal display have built strong supplier chain and long relationship with the relevant parts suppliers. Based on the parts or accessories we used in these years, we assessed and selected best option of parts for different regions.

For North America, we provide UL or ETL certificate Power supply, Cable. For Europe, we suggest CE products. All the products have China CCC certificate.
