CNC gantry moveable plate drilling machine mainly used for drilling holes on tube plate, baffle plate, flange that are commonly used in petrochemical, boiler, bridge, windmill industry etc., to replace manual draw line drilling or drill mould drilling, process automatically totally, the two spindle heads can work together or independently.

Machine& acute;s Characters：
●CNC gantry moveable plate drilling machine, the gantry is installed on the right and left body legs directly, it& acute;s very easy to install on the machine and the machine has good rigidity, it adopts double drivers, with high accuracy of transmission and processing, the crossbeam has very good rigidity to prevent any tiny deformation.
●Adopts slide ram type drilling spindle head, with high drilling stability and accuracy, two servo motors drive the ball screw to bring the two spindle heads along the linear guide way respectively, the machine has high work efficiency, hydraulic system is equipped to complete the hydraulic balance of the perpendicular slide ram.
●Precision high speed spindle made in Taiwan is adopted, the spindle& acute;s taper hole is BT50, it has automatically butterfly spring broach mechanism and gas liquid booster cylinder loose tool mechanism, convenient to replace the drilling tool, the drill head adopts both inside and outside cooling methods.
