Tianchen CNC Angle Line Machine is popular machine for processing angle bars. This angle drilling machine has two functions: drilling holes on angle bar and marking numbers/letters on angle bars.

The CNC angle line machine is mainly applicable for tower manufacture industry, including power transmission tower and telecommunication tower. The machine is widely used in the following fields:

Tianchen CNC Angle Line drilling and marking machine offers high quality, flexibility, accuracy and productivity. The use of powerful spindles, together with the high performance tools make it possible to reach feed speeds and high drilling work efficiency.

The angles are loaded on transfer arms and automatically fed on to the conveyor track. The system is designed for automatic loading material, clamping, feeding, marking and drilling. The Material is conveyed with a controlled axis feed through the machine and every process takes place sequentially.

Tianchen CNC Angle Line drilling and marking work capacity of angle bar size is from ∠140x140x10 mm to 250x250x32mm. The maximum drilling hole diameter is 40mm. The marking size can be 16x10x19mm.

Usually, for tower manufacture industry, the heavy duty angle bars are located at the bottom side of towers, where on each big size angle bars there are many numbers of holes. The angle bar piece’s length is completed by a separate sawing machine before loading the final length angle bar to this drilling machine for drilling holes operation and marking numbers/letters.
