The Description of Resin Bond Diamond Cutting Wheels:
This type of cutting tool integrates the high-rigidity and high high-strength steel core with abrasive layer, used for deep cutting and multi-cutting. It has two bonds: Metal and Resin, which are suitable for cutting various of processing material with different process.
Resin Bond Diamond is recommended for cutting hard, brittle and delicate materials. Such as ceramics, carbides, and exotic metals where low heat generation or improved surface finish is desired. Should be used at higher speed. Resin Bond is the softest of all the bonds, frequently used in applications that require a smooth surface finish and minimum amount of chipping.

Hole Size:Standard orifice diameter of 20 mm, the other hole diameter can be processed in accordance with the drawings.
Thickness: from 0.3mm to 2.0mm,tolerance +-0.005mm.
