With 2-second accuracy, the Sokkia SET-62 Total Station surveying instrument is among the fastest entry-level total stations. Compact and durable, this optical instrument integrates with prisms and data collectors for on the spot calculations. It also features an optical plummet and improved absolute encoder for recording precise measurements of distances and angles.
Excellent Precision
The SET-62 total station with 2-second accuracy and 30x magnification, allows survey professionals to read distances up to 6,561 feet using a single prism and only takes 0.3 second to measure angles.
With an improved absolute encoder, the 2-second total station can recall and resume operation on its last position even after it is shut off. This optical instrument’s tilt sensor and dual-axis compensator ensures perfect leveling and the optical plummet precisely marks the total station’s location.
Store Data and Transfer Files
The SET-62 has 24,000 points of memory for storing field data and onboard software with versatile application programs. Using a standard Sokkia 9-pin cable, you can easily connect to a computer or data collector for transferring files.
