Overview:
ZRD--180 lubricant is constituted of fatty acid calcium and a variety of extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent, additives, through special process synthesis, mainly be used in high-carbon steel wire before drawing plated, spring steel, gas-wire, tire edge steel, copper, carbon steel wire bottom drawing.
Performance:
Fatty acid content: 35%-40% Color: Pale yellow
Softening point: 230-260 ℃ Water content: less than 1%
Decomposition temperature: 220-410 ℃ Size: Fine-medium particles
Application:
All passes can be used for drawing, in cooling bad situation may occur coking. The speed in thick size drawing is 100-200m/min, while the small size wire drawing speed less than 500m/min. After dry drawing into the water tank can improve quality and reduce mold consumption.
