ZRD--135 lubricant is constituted of fatty acid calcium and a variety of extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent, additives, through special process synthesis, mainly for low carbon steel wire without pickling drawing.

Softening point: 205 ℃ Water content: 0.4-1%
Decomposition temperature: 410-440 ℃ Size: medium particles
Application:
Mainly be used in phosphate, boron-treated, without pickling, used in the front pass drawing, also used in all pass drawing, film thickness, in the case of cooling is not good, possible appear coking, dry pull backward water tank can improve the quality of steel wire, reduce mold consumption
