Low Temperature Oxygen-Tolerant Claus Tail Gas Hydrogenation Catalyst
Product Description
LSH-03 is a special catalyst for Claus tail gas hydrogenation, which takes modified γ-Al2O3 as carrier, Co, Mo and other metals as active components. Its hydrogenation activity, organic sulfur hydrolysis activity and activity stability have reached the international advanced level.
1)Modified γ-Al2O3 carrier.
2)Uniform distribution of active components, easy to sulfurize.
3)Good low-temperature hydrogenation activity and hydrolysis activity.
4)Good resistance to O2 and O2 scavenging function. When the O2 content of the tail gas is no more than 0.2%, the hydrogenation activity and hydrolysis activity of the catalyst will not be affected.
5)Grate reduction of energy consumption of the Claus tail gas hydrogenation unit.
