Chemical Fabric
Description
A removale outside fabric ply molded onto the surface of a laminate to provide a chemically clean surface for bonding when it is removed. The nylon peel ply can reduce or eliminate the need to sand or abraid. The product is divided into 3 series as follows.

Nylon peel ply with red trace
Green nylon peel ply
Product characteristics:
1. Area weight:83gram/sq.mtre,105gram/sq.mtre.
2. Weave texture:PLAIN,TWILL,SATIN
3. Temperature resistant 220℃.
4. Tensile strength:Min 315N/cm in length direction.
5. Purity peel ply is free of oil and other release. agent.The residual sizing content is be below 1%.
6. Thickness:0.1mm
6. Width:According to customer's requirements.
Packing: Each roll is wound on a cardboard tube and packed with poly bag,corrugated carton outside,then on pallet
Pallet size: 1130mm x 1130mm
The dimension (length and width of peel ply) are according to customer鈥檙ements.
