Description
High-speed steel roll at high temperatures with high hardness and wear resistance. It is produced by centrifugal method, the core material is ductile iron. Through the composition and heat treatment process control, the working layer hardness up to 80-85HSC, martensite matrix distribution of vanadium, tungsten, niobium, molybdenum composite carbides, to ensure the uniform hardness of the working layer, hole wear uniform. This roll is used in the finishing stand to increase the working time and to improve the surface quality of the rolled material.
