Starting:
# # When turning the water pump with hands, the water pump shall rotate flexibly, free from friction. Inch the engine to determine whether the rotating direction is correct (it shall rotate counter clockwise seen from the pump impeller). The inching time shall not last over 5 seconds to prevent the mechanical from being damaged.
# Close the gate valve of the delivery pipe.
# Power on the water pump. Switch on the gate valve of the delivery pipe gradually and adjust the pressure to the one marked on the nameplate of the pump (too low outlet pressure may cause large flow of the pump, which may lead to over-power operation.) after the pump is in normal operation

Shut down:
# # Switch off the gate valve of the delivery pipeline gradually and power off the pump.
# If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the medium in the pump shall be discharged to prevent frost crack.
# The pump shall be disassembled, cleaned, oiled and packed for storage if unused in a long time.


Operation:

During the starting and operation process, readings on the gauge shall be observed; timely treatment shall be made if it is found in abnormality.
