SENYOU Vibrating Screen machine is a new-type and high efficient machine which moves circularly and has multi-layers.The machine uses the eccentric shaft vibration-exciter and the eccentric blocks to adjust the amplitude.It possesses the features of many specifications,reliability,strong exciting force,high efficiency,little noise,durability,convenient maintenance and safety.Vibrating screen machine is applied to sieveing and filtering powder,partical and liquid in different fields.
Feature:
1.No Clogging of Screen
As the screen vibrates in multiplane hence the holes of the screen remain clear.Additional and blinding system is provided for difficult to screen and wet materials.
2.Minumum blinding of screens
Due to vibrations in the vertical plane, blinding of screen is minimized.However,for certain materials which have inherent blinding,sticking property and special accessories can be used to eliminate this problem.
3.Low on power and maintainence / High on efficiency
The design enables to utilize the vibratory force generated by the motor to the optimum and very few moving parts reduce the maintenance to minimum.
4.Multiple separations
As many as five screens could be mounted on one separator achieving six sizes materials to get.
5.Optimum space/capacity
This separator achieves greater production,separation per unit of screening area as compared with any other screening method or device.
