This model uses A + B 2 layers coextrusion process, with the current domestic and international leading technology, satisfying the different requirements of the users according to the different needs from various customers, comparing to the the common conventional mechinery, it has improved the operational problems and difficult maintenance problems, with the superior performance like discharging more uniform, rewinding more smooth, simpler operation and lower loss,etc.
This model is equipped with the parts of conventional features:
Length counting device: for counting coil material, film length technical accuracy.
Slitting device: for unilateral and bilateral neat film rewinding.
Cooling drainage: cooling the screw bottom, to prevent the screw temperature returned.
