Description
Brief Introduction
NE Bucket Elevator is one of the most widely used vertical lifting equipment. It is mainly composed by hopper, plate chain, drive device, upper device, central cases, lower device and so on. NE Type Bucket Elevator uses plate chain as its traction component. The high strength plate chain is made of high quality alloy steel, wearable and reliable.The maximum material temperature is able to reach 250℃ and the lifting height is able to reach 40m. The NE Bucket Elevator uses self-streaming loading material, gravity discharging. Driving part uses hard tooth face reducer.
The NE Bucket Elevator is widely used for lifting materials as powder, granular, block material and abrasive, such as coal ash, slag, limestone, cement raw material, cement clinker, cement, coal and dry clay etc.

Working Principle
NE bucket elevator’ material flows into hopper on plate chain in ascension to top material unloading by gravity. The specifications of this series machine has 11 types (NE15~NE800). Production capacity is high but the consumption is low. NE bucket elevator will gradually replace other types of hoist. This machine is almost no chain feeding back, so less reactive power consumption, low noise and long service life.
The chain is bush roller chain, induction gravity discharge, used in elevating powder and blocky granular shape materials. The material flow into the hopper directly without spilling, this can reduce friction of the machine. The material can be taken thoroughly and even, this can avoid the material piling up at the bottom. It has great advantages in transporting materials with large size and it is wearable.
