DJB/DJS Corrugated Wall-side belt conveyor is a new type of continuous transportation equipment, it has the features of large capacity (compared with other conveyors, transmission capacity increased by 1.5 ~ 2 times), strong versatility (basic pieces are the same as the general belt conveyor).The specific gravity of bulk materials is 0.5-2.5 t/m3. DJB/DJS Corrugated Wall-side belt conveyor can work where the temperature is during -15 ℃ to 140 ℃. The belt conveyor transports bulk material from different angles up to 90 °. It uses a special belt with corrugated sidewall and horizontal cleats.
DJB/DJS Corrugated Wall-side Conveyor is designed with compact structure, small volume and large inclination transportation as a more ideality facility.

DJB/DJS Corrugated Wall-side belt conveyor is suitable for transporting gravel, limestone, coal, sand, clay, sand sintering powder, sawdust, grain and other materials. It is also applied to continuously conveying bulk material, which adopts the conveying belt equipped with corrugated sidewalls and transverse diaphragms, and the products conveying tilting angle is 0~90°(70° and below is preferred).
