There are two tranches of power and frequency, which is 160KW, 10KHz and 50KW, 30KHz. The former is used for ball screw with thick diameter, while the latter is for smaller diameter of ball screw. The longest work piece is 6 meters.Key Technology of ball screw induction hardening is to control its deformation. Deformation has two aspects: The first is the bending deformation, followed by theelongation deformation. For the ball screw, they are elongation and shortening of screw pitch. If there is too much elongation of the screw pitch after quenching, with the increase of the length of the screw, the cumulative amount of elongation exceeds a certain value and the screw pitch exceeds the tolerance, the screw will be scrapped.Advantages: Using semi-ring sensor, its current has a longitudinal section in addition to circumferential flow, which make the threaded top and bottom heated. By intervals,locating block is across the ball screw for scanning quenching. Since the positioning blocks tight cross the screw, and so on to keep the gap. And the screw is rotated with heating, which enables uniform heating.
