Description
Introduction:
Dry peanut peeling machine is specially used to peel the skin of the roasted or dry peanuts. kernel and skin of peanut will be separated automatically after processing.
Components:
The power plant (including motor, pulley, belts, bearings, etc.), frame, hopper, steel roller or sand roller, suction fan, etc.
Application:
The machine is widely used in the pre-processing stage of the coated peanut, cocoa peanuts, peanut blanched peanuts and other peanut products. Working principle:
The machine adopts the differential rolling speed friction principle. Before peeling, the peanuts should be dried until the moisture is less than 5 percents(to avoid burnt). Peanut after baking enter into the peeling room composed of sand friction roller, kernel and skin will separated automatically, and become complete opal pig nut.
