JX1412,JX2020 CNC angle punching, marking and shearing production lineProduct use: The production line is composed of in feed transfer table unit, rotatingloading unit, feeding conveyor unit, marking unit, two punching units,shearing unit, out feed conveyor unit, hydraulic system and electric control system etc.Product Features1. CNC controlled servo in feeding unitWork piece feeding is driven by a servo-motor. Closed loop control system is composed of servo and incremental encoder, ensuring higher precision of longitudinal positioning. The carriage would stop automatically in case the bar should meet a hindrance during its feeding2.Punching unitsThree (JX2020) or Two (JX1412) diameters are available in each punching unit. It& acute;s convenient to change punches and dies. Automatic tool assignment, pincher clamping or lifting, feeding buffer, finished products unloading, all of them are controlled by pneumatic devices.Many important components such as pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves and air valves are famous brands from abroad.3.Marking units Four programmable character containers on the marking unit can be selected.
