Product attributes:
We use high quality synthetic single crystal diamond as raw material. The products have high strength and strong grinding force.
The crystal is in regular blocky granular shape with no sharp edges and corners.
The range of particle-size distribution is very concentrated. We impose strict means of control over particle-size.
According to the reflection measurement of X-ray, there is no reflection peak of graphite in the diamond. Various impurities content is extremely low.
Recommended usage:
It is widely used for grinding and polishing cutting tools, measuring tools, valve, sealing element, jewelry, optical glass, ceramic product, diamond wire-drawing die, and it is also applied to process metal, vitrified bonded grinding tools and PDC(polycrystalline diamond composite).
