Description for MINGDA FDM 3d printer
As we all know, we are stepping into 3D world, and 3D technology is gradually changing our life and the way of production. This new version 3D printer takes the leading in globle area using 57 stepper motor, providing higher speed and stable performance compared with printers using 42 stepper motor. With high precision 32 subdivision mainboard, this printer machine makes less noise and works with much higher accuracy. The accuracy of X / Y/ Z axises are seperately up to 1.0um and 1.5um, making it an ideal choice even for refined industrial products.
This 3D printer is compatible with both ABS and PLA material, and the max build size of this 3D printer is up to 300x200x200mm. This 3D printer is absolutely a perfect assistant for industrial model making.
Structure of FDM 3d printer
1. High-end stainless steel body and LED light, a sense of fashion and
technology.
2. Enclosed chamber, insulating temperature, reducing external interferenceand warp of print.
3. 10mm in thickness, high temperature resistant aviation aluminum plate,
heating equally; with a high strength support base to keep the plate stable and leveled; no need calibration, eay to use.
4. Big build volume 300*200*200mm.
5. Fastened Z axis motor to make the layer thickness more precise,dual ballscrew for Z axis on both sides.
6.1.75mm extruder, suitable for more material. (Nozzle temperature can reach 260 degree)
7. Cooling fan above nozzle, making the PLA filament cool faster reducing filament pending.
8. Multiple-choice 3D Printing material, like ABS/PLA /Nylon/Wood Filament. (We have tested before)
